Working software over comprehensive documentation
Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
Responding to change over following a plan

회사 규모에 상관없이 중요한 조언이다.

회사 전체적으로 추진하는 일들이 해당 조직의 자율성을 유지하면서 유익하게 적용되는지 아니면 개발자에게 짐이 되어 가치 없는 결과물들을 양산하고 있지 않은지 차분하게 바라볼 필요가 있다.
